Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:
• Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and free from fragrances.
• All tags and labels must remain intact.
• For orders within the UAE: an exchange fee of 38 AED applies, payable in cash to the delivery company (this covers both pick-up and re-delivery).
• For international orders: customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of exchanges, which vary depending on the weight of the shipment.
• Exchanges are processed within 1–4 working days (excluding international shipping times).
Refunds & Alterations
• All sales are final. We do not provide refunds or alterations.
• Please refer to our size chart to ensure the correct size is selected before placing your order.
Defective Items
If you receive an item with a defect:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 56 323 7943 or email at info@mydandara.com, including your order number, clear photos of the defect, and a brief description.
• Once reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps.
