No Exchange, Refund, or Alteration

All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or alterations on any items. Please ensure you select the correct size by referring to our measurement guide before placing your order.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To report a defect, please send us a WhatsApp message at +971 56 323 7943 with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the defect. If approved, we will provide further instructions.
