Return & Exchange Policy

We offer fast and reliable shipping worldwide. Orders within the UAE are delivered within 1-3 business days with free shipping. International orders are shipped via Aramex and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.


To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that you enter the correct mobile number at checkout, as any typo may cause delays. Additionally, make sure to promptly respond to the WhatsApp message you receive from the shipping company to avoid any issues with your delivery.

Peak Season Final Sale Notice (Temporary)

Effective for orders placed between 18 February 2026 at 12:00 PM and 20 March 2026 at 12:00 PM (UAE Time).

Due to exceptionally high seasonal demand and limited stock quantities during this period, all orders placed within the above timeframe are considered Final Sale.

For orders placed during this window:

  • No exchanges will be accepted.
  • No returns will be accepted.
  • No store credit or vouchers will be issued.
  • Orders cannot be canceled, amended, or modified once placed.
  • Returns will only be accepted in cases of verified manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Minor variations in stitching, color tone, fabric texture, or finishing do not constitute manufacturing defects.

By completing a purchase within this timeframe, you acknowledge and agree that the item(s) purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects reported in accordance with this policy.

This temporary measure is necessary to prevent inventory locking and to ensure fair access to limited-quantity items during peak season.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified, edited, or canceled under any circumstances.

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details, including size, color, quantity, and shipping information, are accurate before completing the purchase.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted strictly under the following conditions:

  • An exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, free from fragrances, and with all original tags and labels intact.

  • A mandatory fee of 50 AED applies for pickup and redelivery services.

  • The exchange process may take up to 7 working days from the date the return/exchange request is submitted. 

  • Dandara reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.

  • **Each order is eligible for one (1) exchange only; items received as part of an exchange are final and not eligible for further exchange.

Returns for Store Credit

  • Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Approved returns are eligible for a store voucher only.

  • A fee of 50 AED will be deducted to cover pickup charges.

  • The voucher will be issued for the remaining balance after deduction and may be subject to validity terms set by Dandara.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Monetary refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Customers are strongly advised to review the size guide carefully prior to purchase, as Dandara will not be responsible for incorrect size selection.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international shipments.

Defective Items
If you receive an item with a defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To report a defect, please send us a WhatsApp message at +971 52 131 3853 with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the defect. If approved, we will provide further instructions.
