Shipping policy

Within the UAE, we provide free next-day delivery for orders placed before 10 PM, while orders placed after this time are delivered within 1–2 business days. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3 PM in Dubai and 1 PM in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Ajman; this service excludes the Western Region and is available on Wednesdays and Sundays Only.

International orders are shipped via Aramex and typically arrive within 7–10 business days.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that you enter the correct mobile number at checkout, as any typo may cause delays. Additionally, make sure to promptly respond to the WhatsApp message you receive from the shipping company to avoid any issues with your delivery.

Address Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including the full address, building name/number, area, and correct contact details. Any delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional charges resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or unclear address information will not be the responsibility of the Dandara. In such cases, the order may be delayed until the correct information is provided, and we cannot guarantee delivery within the originally estimated timeframe.

• Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by the seller.

• All international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities, and the seller has no control over their amount or enforcement.

• If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs/taxes or failure to respond to the courier, the outbound and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from any applicable refund.
